Labor Day Weekend

Two big things happened on Saturday, September 2nd. First Dylan got to meet Joan and his great-grampa Will. He had a great time with them and is looking forward to going fishing with Grampa and Daddy when Dylan is a little bit older. And we noticed that Dylan was getting his first tooth. (To give Morgan Winters (Dylan's cousin) credit - she saw it on Friday night when we were over at Nonny & Pepita's.)

And as a footnote - today I got Dylan weighed and he is 18 lbs, 10 oz. Its quite a workout now lifting him!

New York, New York

Dylan made his first trip to NY on his way home from Toronto. It was his first time to meet the "Gold-Cards" (Tom, Steph, Riley & Sohpie) and Dave Schmier. And he had a great time with Katie at MOMA - he really did enjoy it when he wasn't napping!

Toronto

At the end of August, most of the Southern California Katz's ventured north to the wedding of the youngest Toronto Katz cousins - Lisa Katz. We missed Josh and Xan (Josh broke his ankle soon before the wedding and was recuperating). It was Dylan's first time to meet many of the Toronto Katz's. Dylan had fun with his cousin Madelaine again. I think they are both teething. (The twins were not ready to play yet but they were very sweet!)
