Three Month Update

So a couple of weeks Dylan went to his second doctor appointment and he weighed 11 lbs, 7 oz (on April 20, 2006). He is in the 50th percentile in weight and the 75th percentile in height. It seems like he has already grown quite a bit since that visit.

Last week, Dylan started grabbing at toys on his play mat or activity gym. Sometimes he would even pull on them. On Monday he put a toy in his mouth for the first time - probably the first of many!!

On the social front, Auntie Jackie spent the night Thursday and Dylan got to spend time with her in the evening and the early morning. We enjoyed Shabbat Dinner with most of the Morrison clan - including an expectant Avrah! Lots of baby talk that dinner. And on Saturday, Tammy King from St. Louis stopped by to hang out. We went for a walk around the neighborhood, Dylan had a few naps and then we went to dinner at the Crab Cooker.

We are really enjoying him and are amazed at his attentiveness now - he actually looks at the book when I am reading it to him! And Dave is such a good dad - it is really cute when Dylan smiles at him when Dave returns home. I have moved out of our Help-U-Sell office as I am pretty much set up at home in our newly remodeled home office and we had to make way for a new employee who will be handling the transaction coordinating. This allows both of us to spend more time with Dylan.

Shabbat Dinner Last Friday

One day short of 12 weeks old...Friday night at the GP's. Quite a smiley boy now, although not for the camera. Often looks at people with a very serious stare...almost judgemental?
